  • Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the preparation and labeling of pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory of medications and pharmacy supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and guiding customers on medication usage and general health advice.
  • Process sales transactions and manage cash register operations in the pharmacy.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy workspace and shelves.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming pharmaceutical shipments.
  • Monitor medication expiry dates and remove outdated products from inventory.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and legal requirements in pharmacy practice.
