Supervise daily transportation operations.
Monitor and execute daily operational schedules.
Handle delays, disruptions, and operational issues promptly.
Coordinate with drivers and operations teams.
Manage urgent and unexpected operational situations.
Ensure service quality during daily operations.
Prepare and submit operational reports to the Transport Manager.
Train, mentor, and evaluate transportation staff to maintain high performance standards.
Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and service disruptions promptly.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
