Responsibilities:
- Answering emails, video calls, and phone calls from patients and clients
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information
- Collaborating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
Job Conditions:
- Start date: Immediate
- Training: 1 to 2 weeks
- Nesting period: 2 weeks, from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 12 AM
- Working hours: After the nesting period, the working hours will be discussed and agreed upon with the management
