EPS is hiring a highly skilled Senior UPS Maintenance Engineer with strong hands-on experience in UPS repair (Rectifier / Inverter / Charger), Power Electronics, and PCB diagnostics.
This role is reserved only for candidates with real practical background in UPS troubleshooting, not general electrical or industrial maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair UPS systems (1–300 kVA) down to component level.
Troubleshoot and repair:
SMPS circuits
Power Switching Circuits
Protection & Feedback Circuits
Power Conversion Stages
Rectifier and Inverter Sections
Charger Circuits & DC Bus Issues
Perform PCB repairs using hot air stations, soldering tools, and rework equipment.
Use Oscilloscope and advanced electronic testing instruments
(LCR Meter, ESR Meter, Component Tester, DC Power Supply)
for UPS diagnostic and board repair tasks.
Lead root-cause analysis for recurring failures.
Support and mentor junior technicians.
Develop and implement SOPs and quality control guidelines.
Document repair steps, test results, and device history.
Coordinate with customer service regarding unit feedback and performance records.
Salary

Working Hours
• Sunday – Thursday
• 9 AM – 6 PM
• Mostly workshop-based with occasional site visits.
