44 Wood is looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Senior Media Buyer to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. As part of the marketing team, you will own the full media buying strategy — from planning to execution — with a strong focus on performance marketing, ROI optimization, attribution modelling, and scaling profitable campaigns.
This is a senior role that requires deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and performance tracking tools. You will play a critical part in driving high-quality leads, online sales, store visits, and brand visibility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop the full paid media strategy for 44 Wood across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct market and audience research to define the right targeting segments for B2C and B2B.
- Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly media budgets aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create forecasting models for expected results, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and revenue impact.
Campaign Creation & Optimization
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across all platforms (Traffic, Lead Gen, Video Views, Conversion, Retargeting, and Performance Max).
- Optimize key metrics including CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling cost efficiency.
Tracking, Pixel & Analytics
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure: pixels, events, UTMs, and server-side tracking.
- Ensure proper event configuration for Meta CAPI, Google Tag Manager, and conversion APIs.
- Analyze data from Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Troubleshoot attribution issues and ensure accurate reporting.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the social media, content, and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives (videos, images, copy variations).
- Share insights on which creatives perform best and recommend new angles or formats.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and performance reviews.
Reporting & Insights
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Present insights, trends, and recommendations to the marketing manager.
- Provide ROI and cost analysis for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
- Highlight opportunities for scaling and risks for underperforming strategies.
Competitor & Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor ads and identify winning patterns.
- Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes, best practices, and ad platform updates.
- Explore new ad placements, audiences, and emerging platforms.
Budget Management
- Manage monthly ad spend efficiently and transparently.
- Reallocate budgets across platforms and campaigns based on performance.
- Ensure all campaigns deliver maximum returns within set budgets
