The Role:

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager who doesn’t just buy ingredients—they hunt for quality, negotiate like their reputation depends on it, and build relationships that make suppliers pick up the phone on the first ring. This isn’t a desk job for someone who wants to clock in and out. This is for someone who gets excited about finding the perfect supplier, who stays up thinking about cost optimization, and who understands that every dirham saved goes straight into making us better.

What You’ll Do

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for chicken, ingredients, packaging, and equipment across multiple locations
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors that go beyond transactional—we want partners who grow with us
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and prevent stockouts without over-ordering
• Track market prices, identify cost-saving opportunities, and challenge the status quo
• Develop detailed monthly performance reports that track: cost savings achieved, supplier performance metrics, price variance analysis, procurement efficiency KPIs, and forecast accuracy
• Turn raw data into actionable insights—your reports should tell a story and drive decisions
• Ensure quality standards are non-negotiable while keeping costs competitive
• Coordinate with our operations team to understand real-time needs and solve problems fast
• Build procurement systems and processes as we scale—you’ll help build this from the ground up
