Project Execution & Supervision
Oversee installation of water supply, drainage, fire-fighting, and sanitary piping systems (UPVC, HDPE, PPR, PP-BaSO4 low-noise pipes, etc.).
Ensure proper execution of underground and above-ground networks, including manholes, pumping stations, and water tanks.
Supervise technicians and subcontractors, monitor productivity, and resolve site challenges.
Technical & Design Coordination
Review consultant drawings, specifications, and BOQs, raising RFIs where required.
Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and SDR files for consultant approval.
Verify dimensions, elevations, and levels for accurate execution on site.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Implement Egyptian Plumbing & Drainage Codes, ASTM/DIN standards, and project specifications.
Conduct testing and commissioning of pipelines (pressure tests, leak tests).
Ensure materials and workmanship meet required quality and safety standards.
Cost & Progress Control
Assist in preparing cost estimates, variation orders, and progress reports.
Monitor project budget and highlight discrepancies to management.
Track daily site activities and submit progress updates to consultants/owners.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Enforce safety standards for excavation, trenching, and confined space works.
Ensure safe handling of equipment, tools, and materials.
