• Issue, review, update change control documents received from all cross functions in EVA cosmetic site.
• Finalize and approve all change controls issued in EVA cosmetics.
• Receive, investigate all complaints received and approve the final complaint report.
• Receive all deviation report from different department.
• Gather the required data from the department and start the investigation for all minor, major & critical deviations.
• Setting CAPAs needed as per the changes, complaints and/or deviation issued.
• Follow up all the CAPAs execution risen from changes, complaint or deviations and their closure.
• Support in reviewing and updating Calibration Master Plan on a yearly basis.
• Represent the Quality Assurance department as required during the external and internal audits.
• Update the validation master plan on yearly basis.
• Perform process validation on needed products, follow up the results and gather the needed data/results to issue & finalize reports.
• Perform cleaning validation activity, follow up results and gather the needed data/results to issue & finalize the reports.
• Perform IQ, OQ & PQ needed for machines.
