Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chef Cook 1. The Chef Cook 1 will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation. Additional duties include menu planning, ingredient selection, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to food safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure an efficient and organized workspace.
Qualifications Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating Knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and sanitization standards Efficient time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions Formal culinary training or relevant professional cooking experience preferred Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
