Job Title : Marble export sales specialist – Spanish Markets

Location: Zahraa el maadi

Employment Type : Full‑time (Salary + commission)

Job Purpose: Identify, develop, and close profitable export sales of marble (slabs, tiles, custom blocks) to distributors, wholesalers, architects, and project developers in Spanish‑speaking countries. 
Drive market penetration, maintain brand presence, and meet/exceed revenue targets for the region.

Key responsibilities:
1. Market Prospecting & Lead Generation- Research and map high‑potential distributors, importers, and project pipelines in target countries.
- Use LinkedIn, trade shows, industry directories, and referrals.

2. Relationship Management- Conduct regular outbound calls, video meetings, and on‑site visits (when travel resumes).
- Build and nurture long‑term partnerships; act as the single point of contact for all sales & service queries.

3. Negotiation & Closing- Prepare and present competitive quotations (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) in USD/EUR.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms (L/C, TT, credit), delivery schedules, and Incoterms.
- Secure purchase orders and ensure alignment with logistics & production planning.

4. Order Fulfilment & After‑Sales- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Quality Control to meet delivery dates and quality standards.
- Monitor shipment status, resolve export documentation.
- Follow up post‑delivery for satisfaction, handle claims/complaints, and upsell complementary products.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
- Past experience in the export field is a plus.
- Fluent spanish (written and spoken)
English is a plus.
- Strong negotition, relationship building and prsentation skills.
