Public Relations Officer

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

  • Prepare and distribute press releases, official statements, and other public communications.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies as needed.
  • Advise senior management on potential legal risks and recommend proactive, compliant solutions.
  • Handle licensing, permits, and ensure all company activities comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage crisis communication and act as the company’s spokesperson in sensitive or emergency situations.
  • Maintain accurate records of legal, regulatory, and PR-related activities, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
