Favelin is expanding its General Trade team and looking for dynamic, motivated Sales Executives to join our fast-growing organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Territory Scouting & Customer Acquisition
- Identify and visit potential customers: pharmacies, cosmetics stores, and general trade outlets.
- Present Favelin’s product portfolio and activate new doors.
- Maintain an updated list of prospects and active customers.
- Order Generation & Repeat Sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Drive repeat sales through strong customer relationships and quick issue resolution.
- Enter orders accurately in real time through the system/tablet.
- Fulfillment Coordination
- Ensure orders are complete and delivered within agreed timelines.
- Report any delivery or collection issues proactively.
- Verify customer payment terms before order dispatch.
- Customer Tracking & Reporting
- Complete and update Customer Scorecards (location, segmentation, visit history).
- Submit daily reports: calls, orders, feedback.
- Achieve minimum 50% successful call rate and meet door coverage targets.
