  • Supervise and execute all finishing activities on site including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, and other architectural works.
  • Coordinate daily site operations with subcontractors, workers, and other site engineers.
  • Review shop drawings, specifications, and ensure implementation as per approved standards.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure timely execution of tasks in line with the project schedule.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Report daily/weekly progress to the Project Manager.
  • Assist in preparing material requests, inspections, and site documentation.
  • Solve technical issues related to finishing activities on site.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the site at all times.
