Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in press machines, high-speed production lines, and industrial automation. The role focuses on maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe, uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on press machines and automated production lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures in real time.
• Monitor equipment performance and lead improvement actions to enhance uptime and efficiency.
• Support machine changeovers, setups, adjustments, and calibration.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts records.
• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and performance validation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, 5S, Kaizen).
