  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates for roles such as site engineers, project managers, civil engineers, safety officers, supervisors, quantity surveyors, and skilled trade workers.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of talent for ongoing and future construction projects.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Heads, and Department Leads to understand staffing requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, including site-level hiring.
  • Manage recruitment through multiple channels: job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and campus hiring.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding, documentation, background checks, and induction.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, job drives, and industry events.
