Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components for precious metal products.
Develop and optimize CNC machining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Oversee the operation and programming of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machines used in the highly precise forming and manufacturing of gold and silver bars and molds.
Ensure that the dimensions and tolerances of the final products strictly comply with the required engineering specifications for precious metal alloys.
Develop and execute daily and periodic Preventive Maintenance schedules for CNC machines to ensure operational continuity, efficiency, and minimize downtime.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any machine malfunctions or faults and propose quick and effective solutions.
Identify opportunities to optimize engineering and operational processes to increase production speed and product accuracy.
Document process changes, machine settings, and production data for traceability and continuous improvement.
