Accounting Manager

  • Oversee the daily work of the accounting team and make sure everything is correct and follows company rules.
  • Prepare, check, and review financial statements and reports to make sure they are accurate and sent on time.
  • Create and apply accounting rules, procedures, and internal controls to protect company assets and improve efficiency.
  • Lead the yearly audit, communicate with external auditors, and handle any issues they report.
  • Watch and manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support the foundation’s financial health.
  • Supervise and guide the accounting staff, helping them grow and improve their skills.
  • Work with other departments to give financial advice and support their plans and activities.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger tasks.
