Implement and configure SAP RE-FX for real estate and lease management.
- set up real estate objects, lease-in/lease-out contracts, and rent conditions.
- Implement IFRS 16 lease valuation and financial postings (ROU assets &
liabilities).
- Integrate RE-FX with FI/CO/AA/MM/PM modules.
- Design end-to-end real estate processes: renewals, terminations, rent
adjustments, cashflow.
- Support data migration (contracts, master data).
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and prepare documentation.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements.
- BSc. finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering
- 3-4 years of experience
- strong SAP RE-FX knowledge, finance understanding, analytical &
communication skills, S/4HANA experience preferred.
