Role Overview:
The Brand Supervisor (Offline Marketing) is responsible for executing and supervising all physical brand touchpoints, ensuring high-quality offline marketing presence and full alignment with brand guidelines. This includes outdoor advertising, print production, in-store branding, events, and market activations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offline Marketing Execution
- Manage the production and installation of outdoor ads (billboards, banners, signage).
- Oversee the creation and distribution of printed materials such as brochures, flyers, roll-ups, catalogs, and POS materials.
- Ensure all offline marketing activities follow updated brand guidelines and tone.
2. Vendor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with printing houses, outdoor media suppliers, creative agencies, and fabrication vendors.
- Review and approve quality of materials before production and during installation.
- Negotiate prices and timelines to ensure cost-efficient execution.
3. On-Ground Brand Execution
- Supervise branding for events, exhibitions, activations, and retail touchpoints.
- Ensure brand visibility across all physical channels.
- Conduct regular field visits to check campaign placement and quality.
4. Quality Control & Compliance
- Monitor the quality of all offline materials and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Correct any defects or misalignments immediately.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Track offline campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide insights to the marketing team regarding market conditions and competitor activities.
