Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including design, procurement, and site engineers, to ensure seamless project integration.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project milestones and client requirements.
Review and approve ELV system designs, technical drawings, and specifications for compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Manage on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and structured cabling.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to communicate project status, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Prepare and present project documentation, progress reports, and handover packages to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Guest Room Management Systems
Knowledge of relevant international standards (e.g., NFPA, BICSI, TIA).
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD.
