ERP Implementer Specialist

The ERP Implementer Specialist is responsible for leading and executing the full implementation cycle of Logix ERP modules across different clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, configuring the ERP system accordingly, delivering training sessions, migrating data, and ensuring successful go-live and post-implementation support. The specialist must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and deep knowledge of business processes across financial, HR, procurement, inventory, and project management domains.

 

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Conduct workshops with clients to understand business processes and identify gaps.
  • Document requirements and map them to Logix ERP functionalities.
  • Propose solutions and best practices aligned with industry standards.

2. System Configuration & Setup

  • Configure ERP modules (Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, Assets, Self-Service, Real Estate, etc.) based on the approved design.
  • Set up chart of accounts, workflow rules, approval cycles, cost centers, suppliers, customers, and system parameters.
  • Validate configurations through functional testing.

3. Data Migration

  • Prepare data templates and guide clients on required data structure.
  • Clean, validate, and import data into the ERP system.
  • Conduct reconciliation between old system data and Logix ERP.

4. User Training & Enablement

  • Provide hands-on training sessions for end users and administrators.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and video guides when needed.
  • Ensure users are fully capable of operating the system before go-live.

5. Testing, UAT, and Go-Live

  • Support clients in conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Identify defects, document them, and coordinate with the development team.
  • Lead go-live activities, monitor system behavior, and resolve launch issues.

6. Post-Implementation Support

  • Provide support during stabilization period.
  • Document recurring issues and propose permanent fixes.
  • Suggest improvement opportunities for both the client and the product team.

7. Project Coordination

  • Work closely with project managers to ensure tasks are completed within scope and time.
  • Provide regular status updates and risk assessments.
  • Maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
