Key Responsibilities:Account Management & Relationship Building
Manage and grow relationships with high-value or strategic accounts.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, goals, and industry dynamics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and conduct business reviews and presentations for clients.
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Generate weekly/monthly reports to inform strategic account planning and forecasting.
Use data insights to optimize product mix, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.
Build dashboards or collaborate with data teams to track KPIs and account performance.
Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
Strategic Planning
Develop customized account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Identify growth opportunities within accounts.
Collaborate with marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure execution.
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals for assigned accounts.
Monitor account performance and adjust plans to meet targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key clients.
Operational Coordination
Ensure timely delivery, product availability, and service quality.
Resolve issues related to supply chain, logistics, or product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Core Skills
Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
Ability to interpret large data sets and turn insights into business decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinking with an ability to manage multiple accounts.
