Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the full employee lifecycle: contract renewal, resignation, and termination.
- Ensure that all employee files are complete, regularly updated, and maintained with confidentiality.
- Monitor compliance with labor law updates and ensure internal practices are adjusted accordingly.
- Manage attendance tracking systems (fingerprint, manual, or digital) and ensure data accuracy.
- Review and approve leave requests and ensure compliance with company leave policies (annual, sick, emergency, etc.).
- Prepare regular HR reports: headcount, absenteeism, and other relevant KPIs.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve personnel policies and procedures.
