- Oversee the daily operations of the finished goods warehouse.
- Ensure accurate stock management, including receiving, storage, and dispatch to branches.
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for timely supply.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in retail or FMCG.Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
