- Scope Processes: Identify and define the specific activities and work areas that require detailed process mapping.
- Design Workflow Charts: Create visually clear and accurate workflow charts, including flowcharts, diagrams (where multiple roles/departments are involved).
- Facilitate Collaborative Workshops: Conduct process mapping sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather input, validate workflows, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Document and Optimize Workflows: Document, model, and optimize end-to-end processes, identifying critical steps, decision points, roles, and responsibilities.
- Standardize and Ensure Readability: Develop clear, standardized visual process maps with consistent formatting and clear labeling to facilitate efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze and Identify Improvements: Analyze existing processes to detect inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization and fine-tuning.
- Develop Documentation Best Practices: Establish guidelines and best practices for process documentation, workflow design, and update procedures to ensure clarity and usability.
- Support Change Management: Provide clear process documentation for training and onboarding to facilitate user adoption and process compliance.
- Monitor and Update Documentation: Continuously monitor, review, and update process maps and related documentation to reflect changes, improvements, and lessons learned.
Ensure Compliance: Guarantee that all process documentation complies with organizational standards and relevant regulatory requirements, aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and TQM principles
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in process mapping, business process analysis, and workflow design for at least 5 yearsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple process development projects.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and clarity in documentation.Very good in English.Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation, and training skills; detail-oriented, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma is a plus.Ideal Candidates:Are highly analytical, detail-oriented professionals with a strong background in process analysis, documentation, and visualization.
