Develop and manage architectural BIM models in alignment with project requirements and standards.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of technical drawings and documentation.
Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed architectural documentation for ongoing projects.
Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM tools to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.
Support the technical office in reviewing project specifications, BOQs, and material submittals.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules, progress reports, and technical presentations.
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and company quality standards throughout all project phases.
