- Lead and oversee all legal aspects related to contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including those related to energy systems, electromechanical projects, and facility management services.
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and project teams on contractual risks, obligations, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate legal and financial risks.
- Supervise and mentor the legal team, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality legal support across the organization.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as required to resolve complex legal matters.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulations, advising the company on necessary adjustments to contracts and practices.
- Support dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration processes related to contractual matters.
- Ensure all contracts align with the company’s sustainability and client-centric values.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for internal stakeholders on contract law, compliance, and risk management.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in legal roles with a strong focus on contract law and management.Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.Experience in the energy, electromechanical, or facility management sectors is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal counsel to senior leadership.Strong understanding of local and international contract law and regulatory frameworks.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
