Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Data Officer to manage and verify all operational data, ensuring accuracy and proper storage on cloud systems. The role involves:

• Reviewing and validating all operational data, including text and essential attachments.
• Auditing supply-related files and data, from call logs to captain onboarding details.
• Managing the data flow cycle across Operations, Supply, and Live Operations teams.
• Coordinating with internal teams to complete missing data and resolve delays.
• Closing all operational processes after verification and making them non-editable.
• Preparing daily and weekly reports on pending items, analyzing data flow, and recommending improvements.
• Ensuring proper and secure data upload to cloud systems.
• Conducting training sessions for team members on file upload procedures, file types, and troubleshooting related issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with internal data policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data management systems.
