Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Develop, execute, and refine detailed supply chain plans and demand forecasts (S&OP) for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet production schedules while minimizing spoilage risks.

End-to-End Vendor Management: Lead the search, evaluation, and formal qualification process for new domestic and international suppliers. Maintain strong relationships and manage performance metrics (OTIF, quality) for the existing vendor base.

Procurement & Cost Optimization: Manage strategic procurement activities, including contract negotiation and PO generation, to secure high-quality raw materials (e.g., potatoes, packaging) at the best possible cost, driving sustainable savings.

Inventory Control & Logistics: Oversee inventory management policies for frozen and non-perishable stock, ensuring accurate cycle counting and efficient storage. Optimize inbound/outbound logistics to reduce transit times and mitigate supply disruptions.

Process Improvement & ERP: Drive continuous improvement projects within the supply chain function. Leverage and serve as a subject matter expert for the ERP system to enhance data accuracy and automate planning processes.
