Key Responsibilities










1. Content Strategy & Planning







Develop monthly social media & content calendar (posts, reels, stories, campaigns).
Translate brand goals (awareness, DMs, subscriptions, events) into clear content plans.

2. Content Creation (Hands-On)

Create and edit Reels / videos from:

Footage shot (kids, events, bikes)
Stock or UGC-style content when needed


Design posts, carousels & stories using Canva (or similar), following brand guidelines (colors, fonts, style).
Write engaging bilingual captions (Arabic & English) with clear CTAs (DM, WhatsApp, website, visit store, etc.).



3. Guiding & Developing Juniors

Work with junior content creators or interns (remote):

Brief them on concepts and brand tone.
Review their designs, reels, and captions.
Give structured feedback and help them improve.
