1. Sales Planning & Execution

Develop and execute sales plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Set sales targets and quotas for wholesale and distributor accounts across Egypt.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets.

2. Wholesale & Distributor Channel Management

Manage and grow relationships with wholesale accounts and distributors across Egypt.

Ensure product availability, proper order execution, and adherence to trade agreements.

Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and promotional activities with wholesale partners.

Monitor wholesale and distributor performance and ensure alignment with sales KPIs.

3. Sales Team Management

Train and develop the sales team handling wholesale and distributor channels.

Coach team members to improve negotiation, coverage, and execution.

Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

4. Sales Execution

Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Provide direct support to the sales team to ensure strong in-market execution.

5. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale and distribution partners.

Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.

Identify new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.


Knowledge & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.5–10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in wholesale distribution.Strong understanding of wholesale and distributor channels across Egypt.Good command of English.Excellent proficiency in MS Office.SkillsStrong leadership and people-management capabilities.Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
