Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and ITAD modules. Customize and configure Service Now applications and UIs to fit business requirements. Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and server-side scripts. Implement and maintain CMDB integrations and discovery using Service Now Discovery and/or MID Servers. Configure and manage Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and integrations for ITOM and ITAD functionality. Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software assets within ITAM, including normalization, reconciliation, and audits. Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and best practices in all implemented processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing configurations and scripts. Develop integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs between Service Now and third-party systems. Stay current with new features and capabilities of the Service Now platform through ongoing training and certifications.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience in Service Now development and administration. Proven experience in implementing and managing Service Now ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and ITAD modules. Strong knowledge of CMDB design, discovery, and configuration item relationships. Experience with Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide, etc.). Hands-on experience with Service Now Integration Hub, MID Server, and Discovery tools. Familiarity with Service Now best practices and ITIL framework. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented and committed to quality deliverables.
