Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Visual Identity
Support the development and evolution of brand identities across the portfolio.
Create design systems, visual guidelines, and brand toolkits.
Assist with new product branding, naming exploration visuals, and concept moodboards.
2. Packaging Design
Develop new packaging concepts for upcoming SKUs and brand extensions.
Adapt and finalize packaging artwork across all formats — Arabic & English.
Prepare print-ready files, dielines, color separations, Pantone specs, and finishing details (foil, emboss, spot UV, etc.).
Work directly with printers and suppliers to ensure production quality.
3. Trade Marketing & POS Materials
Design all trade and retail visibility assets, including:
Standees, wobblers, danglers
Shelf strips, talkers, and price tags
Gondola branding and end-cap displays
Posters, banners, roll-ups, and in-store signage
Uniform graphics, delivery van branding, sampling booth visuals
Prepare realistic 3D mockups where needed for stakeholder approvals.
Collaborate with the Sales and Trade Marketing teams on retailer requirements.
4. Campaign Support
Assist in developing visual assets for campaigns and promotions (especially trade-led).
Support in-house marketing with creative adaptations, internal presentations, and sales kits.
Provide quick-turn creative ideas for seasonal activations and product launches.
5. Production Coordination
Communicate directly with printers, packaging suppliers, and fabrication vendors.
Review material samples and color proofs; ensure brand consistency.
Maintain an organized archive of production-ready files and brand assets.
6. Internal Support
Occasionally assist with corporate materials (presentations, internal documents, investor decks).
Provide design support for internal events or brand initiatives.
