We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Packaging & Reservation Agent to manage travel arrangements and create tailored packages for our B2C clients. In this role, you will handle individual customer inquiries, prepare customized travel offers, make hotel and service reservations, and ensure a smooth booking experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming B2C client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Create customized travel packages including hotels, flights, transfers, tours, and other services.
- Check availability, rates, and promotions with suppliers and partners.
- Make, modify, and confirm reservations in the system accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and invoices for clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on bookings.
- Resolve reservation issues, special requests, and last-minute changes.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and quality service.
- Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.
