Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on all aspects of the company’s operations, including medical, spa, gym, and clinic services.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Advise management on regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to medical aesthetics, healthcare, and wellness services.
