Job Description
- The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions to ensure the development of a strong organizational culture, effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies.
- This role plays a key part in supporting business growth, improving workforce efficiency, and aligning HR strategies with the company’s overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Participate in workforce planning and forecasting future staffing needs.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the recruitment cycle end-to-end to ensure hiring top talent.
- Build a strong employer brand to attract qualified candidates.
3. Organizational Development
- Design and update organizational structures, job descriptions, and HR policies.
- Lead initiatives for organizational development and change management.
4. Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal systems, KPIs programs, and employee evaluations.
- Ensure consistent and fair application of performance management processes.
5. Training & Development
- Lead training and development programs for all departments.
- Identify skill gaps and ensure continuous employee development.
6. Employee Relations & Administration
- Manage employee relations, contracts, attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and social insurance.
- Implement disciplinary procedures and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
7. Health & Safety
- Supervise the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
8. Culture & Engagement
- Promote a positive work environment that supports teamwork, loyalty, and employee retention.
9. Collaboration with Operations
- Work closely with manufacturing and operations departments to meet workforce needs and support the production plan.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience of 7–10 years in HR, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Experience in building HR systems, performance management, and organizational structures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
