- Supervise and lead the accounting team across all retail branches.
- Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with Egyptian Accounting Standards.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian tax regulations (VAT, Income Tax, Payroll Tax).
- Monitor inventory accounting and oversee periodic stock audits.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Minimum 10–12 years of experience, including at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role.Previous experience in retail accounting is mandatory.Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or Oracle).Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Solid knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and taxation.
