  • Implement and monitor policies and procedures for hospital staff regarding sterilization, disinfection and decontamination of personnel, instruments and equipment.
  • Regularly round in various hospital departments to evaluate compliance with infection prevention practices and regulatory
  • Develop and provide educational programs for hospital staff on infection prevention practices. This includes training new employees on basic infection prevention principles.
  •  Analyze and distribute monthly surveillance data of the Infection Control team and reports to the medical staff, nursing staff and the quality and safety departments.
  • Lead investigations of infection outbreaks, collaborating with clinical teams to identify sources, implement control measures, and report findings.
