Collaborate with all finance teams to understand workflows, processes, reporting requirements, internal controls, and compliance needs.
Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ERP finance modules.
Configure and customize the ERP system, following Oracle standards and best practices.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users in financial modules.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, test plans, and training materials.
Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for financial processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, testing, and post-go-live phases.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented ERP solutions, including system upgrades and enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle ERP updates and best practices in financial management.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on how to leverage the ERP system to improve operational efficiency, planning, cost control, and compliance.
Work closely with project managers and other functional consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and ERP system enhancements within the financial domains.
Assist in designing and implementing production and financial reporting using tools such as Power BI or other reporting solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and accounting standards.
Ensure integration between ERP and other critical business applications.
