  • As part of AM Group’s digital transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Supply Chain & Manufacturing Consultant to lead the in-house implementation, optimization, and continuous enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules). This is a strategic internal position focusing on automating and optimizing our own business operations across production, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management — without external consulting engagements or travel.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain &Manufacturing modules.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, ERP, and Finance to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable system solutions while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Design, configure, and deploy solutions covering Production Control, Inventory, Procurement, and Master Planning.
  • Manage data migration, testing (UAT), and ensure proper documentation and change control.
  • Provide hands-on support, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous system enhancements.
  • Deliver training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to internal users and stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation and process automation aligned with global ERP standards and best practices.
