We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in preparing accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for construction and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in technical drawings, and capable of supporting the estimation team with precise data and well-structured documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Develop comprehensive BOQs, material breakdowns, and measurement sheets. Review and verify subcontractor quantities and ensure alignment with project specifications. Support the estimation team with pricing inputs and material analyses. Maintain organized and up-to-date project records, files, and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across all quantity-related deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity take-offs for construction and/or fit-out works. Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings. Mandatory proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Advanced Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, PIVOT). Proficiency in Auto CAD & Revit (optional)
