Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Maadi, Cairo for a Retail Sales Representative.
•  The role will assist customers in selecting and purchasing mobile repair services and products while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
•  Responsibilities include providing detailed product knowledge, guiding customers through the sales process, addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. 
• The role also involves maintaining professional retail operations and actively contributing to sales targets.
