- Lead and manage the CSR recruiting teams, coach employees on development needs, career growth and learning opportunities
- Provide recruiting support for management and support department positions at the site level
- Support program execution and implementation associated with people-related change initiatives and recruiting deliverables
- Conduct special projects as assigned
- Produce accurate and relevant metrics and reports
- Interface and build relationships with Operations and Human Resources to ensure business goals are met in compliance with applicable regulations and policy
- Support in the development and management of strategic on-line recruiting presence to gain visibility and attract qualified candidates
- Develop effective recruiting practices for volume recruiting
- Track and report recruitment acquisition statistics
