. Directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project.
. Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients.
. Direct or participate in surveying to layout installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
. Adhere to established design guidelines and procedures.
. Analyze design issues and recommend corrective actions.
. Provide assistance to design and construction teams.
. Standard and provide information, where necessary, to design staff in order to produce ‘Finished’ drawings/plans etc.
.Resolving design and development problems.
. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, civil/structure Department.. 4-6 years significant previous experience working in civil design engineering / power stations design.· Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.· Skilled in report writing, technical documentation, and presentation.· Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.· Capability to mentor and develop the technical skills of team members.
