- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the administration of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions and employee training programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain and update HR databases and documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing evaluation data.
