We are looking for Talent Acquisition Team leader for one of our clients in the Real Estate Development industry, located in 5th Settlement.
Role Description The Talent Acquisition Team leader will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, understanding manpower needs, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring all recruitment activities align with organizational goals and employer branding standards.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. From 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, at least one year of experience within real estate companies. HR Diploma is a MUST. Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates across multiple functions. Hands-on experience using recruitment tools and platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Very good up to excellent command of English.
