Senior Odoo Implementor – Egypt Branch (Expert Level, 7–12 Years, End-to-End ERP Execution)

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Odoo Implementor with a proven track record of full lifecycle ERP implementation.
  • This role requires someone who can independently analyze requirements, build workflows, configure modules, customize processes, test features, manage go-live phases, and communicate directly with clients.
  • This is a senior hands-on execution role — not a coordinator, not an assistant, and not a junior implementor.
  • We require deep functional knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and practical experience across multiple Odoo modules.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis & Business Mapping

  • Conduct full business analysis sessions with clients.
  • Translate business requirements into structured Odoo workflows.
  • Document processes, gaps, and functional specifications.
  • Recommend best practices tailored to each industry.

 

2. Odoo Module Implementation

Must be highly experienced in the following modules (not limited to):

  • Sales, CRM
  • Inventory, Warehouse Management
  • Purchase
  • Accounting
  • HR & Payroll
  • Manufacturing (optional but preferred)
  • Website, eCommerce
  • Projects, Helpdesk
  • Documents, Approvals
  • Invoicing & Subscriptions
  • POS (optional but preferred)
  • Tasks include:
  • Configure Odoo settings, features, and workflows.
  • Set up multi-company, multi-currency, multi-warehouse environments.
  • Implement automation rules, scheduled actions, access controls, and user permissions.

Manage data imports/exports (CSV, Excel).

 

3. Functional Testing

  • Test every workflow end-to-end.
  • Identify bugs, gaps, and inconsistencies.
  • Prepare user acceptance test (UAT) scenarios.
  • Coordinate fixes with developers when needed.

 

4. Documentation & Training

  • Create clear functional documentation and SOPs.
  • Provide user training for teams, departments, and management.
  • Prepare go-live documentation and system handover plans.

 

5. Go-Live, Support & Optimization

  • Lead go-live phases and migration plans.
  • Troubleshoot issues after launch.
  • Optimize workflows for performance and scalability.
  • Support clients through the first month of operation.

 

6. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work directly with The Egyptian Developer's internal teams in Egypt.
  • Coordinate online with the UAE, Libya, and UK branches when required.
  • Report project status, risks, and milestones with clarity.
