  • Inspect and approve the quality of incoming materials and completed construction works at various stages.
  • Review and comment on the contractor’s construction methodology, sequencing, and temporary works plans.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly/ monthly Reports. 
  • Verify and certify the contractor’s monthly progress payment applications.
  • Critically review and approve contractor-prepared Shop Drawings
