Compensation Benefits Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs in alignment with hospital policies and legal requirements.
  •  Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive salary and benefits offerings.
  •  Support the annual salary review process and assist in the development of compensation structures.
  •  Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits.
  •  Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and related policies.
  •  Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits programs and enhancements.
  •  Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports on compensation and benefits activities.
  •  Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and hospital standards.
  •  Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation for internal and external reviews.
  •  Collaborate with management to develop communication materials and training sessions related to compensation and benefits.
