  • Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders.
  • Ensure all mechanical works are executed within the project timeline and budget constraints.
  • Supervise and oversee all mechanical site activities related to MEP projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless execution of mechanical works.
  • Review and interpret mechanical drawings, technical submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control procedures on site.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate the timely delivery and installation of mechanical materials and equipment.
  • Support the resolution of technical queries and provide guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
